Acceptable Use Policy

The owners and operator of AlertBuilder.com, DIMENSION 2000, sets forth the following policy concerning acceptable usage, and terms of service for AlertBuilder.com and its products. DIMENSION 2000 has no obligation to control, monitor, verify, warrant, approve, edit, censor, review, or take any responsibility for the information that Customers may acquire or transmit through the Internet or private networks via AlertBuilder. Accordingly, DIMENSION 2000 is not responsible for injury to its Customers that results from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive or illegal Internet communications. In addition, Customers are responsible compliance with all laws with respect to information they may place on the Internet, including, without limitation, laws regarding copyright infringement, defamation, and other harmful speech.

The DIMENSION 2000 Acceptable Use Policy addresses some of the specific requirements that apply to Customer's use of the Internet or AlertBuilder. Although DIMENSION 2000 will not normally monitor the communications of its customers to ensure compliance with law or with DIMENSION 2000 policy, if DIMENSION 2000 becomes aware of any violation of law or this Acceptable Use Policy by or through a Customer, DIMENSION 2000 shall have the right, but not the obligation, without liability to Customer, to take any action to discontinue such violation. Such actions may include, without limitation, removal of the information at issue, blocking of offending transmissions, or termination of a Customer's contract with DIMENSION 2000.

Customer shall cooperate with DIMENSION 2000 in any corrective action that DIMENSION 2000 deems necessary to correct and prevent impermissible use of DIMENSION 2000's network by any of Customer's end users. DIMENSION 2000 assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the security of communications transmitted over DIMENSION 2000's network. DIMENSION 2000 may routinely monitor its network for internal diagnostic and performance purposes. DIMENSION 2000 will not intentionally monitor any private electronic mail messages or disclose information sent or received by its subscribers unless required to do so by law or in cooperation with law enforcement or government authorities. In addition, DIMENSION 2000 may disclose information transmitted over its facilities where necessary to protect DIMENSION 2000 and its customers from harm, or where such disclosure is necessary to the proper operation of DIMENSION 2000's network.

ILLEGAL USE.

The customer agrees to use the DIMENSION 2000 network for lawful purposes only. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY.

DIMENSION 2000 strictly prohibits the use of the DIMENSION 2000 network to violate any system's or network's security, including, without limitation, unauthorized access (often known as "hacking") to, or monitoring of, or interference with, computers or networks and distribution of viruses and other destructive activities. Use of the DIMENSION 2000 network for such activities may result in criminal and civil liability. DIMENSION 2000 may investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.

EMAIL/SPAMMING.

Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. Posting the same or similar message to one or more newsgroups is explicitly prohibited. This includes, without limitation excessive cross-posting or multiple-posting, also known as "SPAM."

OTHER PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.

Customer shall not use DIMENSION 2000's network for any other activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that DIMENSION 2000 determines in its reasonable discretion to be harmful to its Customers, operations or reputation.
